End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

ShinkiroSoft ("Licensor") grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: (a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of ShinkiroSoft.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO APPLICATION

ShinkiroSoft reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

5. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS (CRITICAL)

The Application is designed to interact with third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, LinkedIn). You acknowledge that: (a) ShinkiroSoft is not affiliated with these platforms; (b) Use of automation tools may violate the Terms of Service of these platforms; (c) ShinkiroSoft is NOT responsible for account suspensions, bans, or limitations imposed by third-party platforms resulting from your use of this Application. You use this tool at your own risk.

6. NO WARRANTIES ("AS IS")

The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ShinkiroSoft expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of ShinkiroSoft and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Application.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
